As the owner of Khirallah PLLC, Rachel E. Khirallah provides dedicated legal representation to clients in Dallas, Texas, and throughout the surrounding areas. She focuses her practice on real estate and construction law, generally handling cases that involve owner financing transactions, foreclosures and wrongful foreclosures, replevins, mortgage fraud, violations of the Deceptive Trade Practices Act , materialmens' and mechanic's liens, and disputes between landlords and tenants.
In 1996, Ms. Khirallah earned a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with a minor in English from Regis University. She then went on to receive a Master of Business Administration in international business from the University of Dallas in 2001. Ms. Khirallah graduated from the Texas Tech University School of Law with a Juris Doctor in 2005.
Representing individuals and businesses in real estate and construction-related matters, Ms. Khirallah understands that there is no one-size-fits-all solution. For that reason, she takes an innovative approach to each case she handles. Ms. Khirallah strives to help her clients to achieve resolutions that meet their needs and goals. She believes in providing her clients with assertive, efficient and effective representation. In order to best serve her clients, Ms. Khirallah is admitted to practice law in the state of Texas, as well as before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
Staying active in the legal community is a priority for Ms. Khirallah. She is a member of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers and the State Bar of Texas. Ms. Khirallah regularly volunteers her legal services, accepting pro bono cases with the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program.
