She focuses her practice on family law, handling cases that involve divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, division of marital property, adoption, domestic partnerships, paternity and modifications. Ms. Qualls also handles estate planning, guardianships, probate, special education and wills.
After receiving a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Texas in 1994, Ms. Qualls then decided to pursue a career in law. She went to Texas A&M University School of Law and graduated with her Juris Doctor in 2001.
For over 10 years, Ms. Qualls has helped people with their family law matters. She knows the joys and the sorrows that her clients experience and makes the legal process as painless as possible for them. Instead of using the same approach with each case, Ms. Qualls listens to her clients and tailors her services to fit their specific situation and needs. Ms. Qualls is a member of the Denton County Bar Association, the Frisco Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas. She is also admitted to the United States Supreme Court and has served as a member of the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement for several years. In addition, she is a current member of The College of the State Bar of Texas.
