A. Clay Graham is an experienced criminal defense lawyer who has been nominated by his peers as a Super Lawyer "Rising Star" each year since 2014.
Mr. Graham also holds a license as a Registered Nurse in Texas since 1996. Mr. Graham's practice as a Registered Nurse included all areas of medical specialty with a concentration in Oncology and Cardiology. He continues to maintain his professional nursing license.
Clay provides legal counsel in criminal defense and DWI cases, and Represents Nurses across the state before the Texas Nursing Board. Mr. Graham was formerly the Case Coordinator for the Innocence Project of Texas, and volunteered over 1,000 hours of legal work in the investigation and claims of actual innocence from 2006-2011. He also served on the projects Board of Directors from 2010-2011. Clay's commitment to fighting for the rights of the criminally accused extends beyond the range of his legal practice.
