  • In the summer of 2005, Mrs. Hogan co-authored an article published in the South Texas Law Review symposium on tort reform, entitled “Charging the Court in Changing Times.” In addition, Mrs. Hogan is a frequent speaker at legal education seminars. In 2013, Mrs. Hogan addressed the Harris County Civil District Judges Conference on the Property Owners' Rule and Lay Opinion Testimony.
