After he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in business administration in 1981 from Sam Houston State University, Mr. Indelicato earned his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law in 1988. He is licensed to practice law in Texas and is admitted before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia and the Supreme Court of Texas.
