While in law school, she gained experience at the university's legal aid clinic and participated in moot court competitions. She is admitted to practice law in Texas and before the following courts: U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas; the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th and D.C. circuits; The Supreme Court of Texas; and the U.S. Supreme Court.
