Mr. Pigg graduated with honors from Baylor University earning his Bachelor of Arts degree and later received his doctorate in jurisprudence from the University of Houston Law Center. After passing Texas’ bar exam, he was admitted to practice law in the state and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas in 2013.
