Christine G. Albano is the owner and founder of Albano Law, PLLC, in Plano, Texas. A well-known and respected family law attorney, Ms. Albano works with cases involving divorce, property division, child custody, fathers' rights, modifications, paternity, child support and other issues. After graduating from Southern Methodist University, Ms. Albano obtained her law degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. She is licensed to practice in all Texas state courts, is admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States, and is Board-Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She is also a Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.

Before founding her firm in 2003, Ms. Albano gained legal experience practicing family law at a Dallas law firm. She also served as a staff attorney at Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas, where she represented victims of domestic violence in cases involving protective orders, divorce, child custody and other issues. In 2006 she received the organization's Atticus Finch award.

Additional awards and recognition Ms. Albano has received include the prestious Judge Sam Williams Award from the State Bar of Texas, Outstanding Young Lawyer award from the Collin County Young Lawyers Association and the Outstanding Director of the Year award from the Texas Young Lawyers Association. She is also a fellow in the Collin County Bench Bar Foundation, Dallas Association of Young Lawyers Foundation, Texas Bar Foundation and the American Bar Foundation. She is also listed in the publications "The Best Lawyers in America" and "The Best Law Firms in America."
