Attorney Justin Daniel is a partner at the well-known Fairfax law firm of Whitestone Young, P.C. At the firm, Mr. Daniel focuses his practice on representing the interests and protecting the rights of clients from throughout Fairfax County and the surrounding northern Virginia area who have legal needs in the following areas:

Mr. Daniel earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from The University of Iowa in 2005. He furthered his education at The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law, where he earned his law degree in 2008. That same year, the Virginia State Bar granted him admission, and The District of Columbia Bar followed suit in 2012.
In a legal career spanning less than 10 years, Mr. Daniel has already built a reputation as one of northern Virginia's leading young attorneys. In fact, in 2013, a jury awarded Mr. Daniel's clients a $500,000 verdict, which is an obvious indication of his abilities as a trial attorney.
As a result of this successful verdict and his many other victories, he has earned the respect of both his clients and his peers. He has a "Very Good" rating from Avvo, and he is a regular guest speaker at legal functions. In addition, he served as an adjunct professor at his alma mater for six years, which is evidence of his extensive legal knowledge.
In addition to his work on behalf of his clients, Mr. Daniel is also an active member of the legal community. He is a member of a number of organizations, including the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association.
