After receiving her Bachelor of Arts at Stonehill College in 1969, Ms. Starace earned her Juris Doctor from George Mason University in 1984. She is admitted to practice law in Virginia and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit.
Ms. Starace has written numerous articles on family law topics for the Fairfax Bar Association and the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association. She served on the board of directors for the family law section of the Fairfax Bar Association and chaired the family law section for the VTLA. She is an active member of both groups and the Virginia State Bar.
