David M. Smith

Additionally, he has served as a sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps and held the position of president of the Greater Richmond Criminal Bar Association.

Mr. Smith previously worked as a contractor for a local firm that focuses on gun law before starting his own law firm. While at law school, he also gained experience in the legal department of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond and co-authored a law review article.
