David Whaley

David Whaley, founder of The Law Offices of David Whaley, LLC, brings more than 30 years of experience to his legal practice. Representing those accused of crimes of all types and degrees, Mr. Whaley is a force to be reckoned with in the courtroom. Not only has he represented clients in his community and throughout Virginia, but he has also represented many clients in federal courts across the United States. In total, he has tried over 350 jury trial cases.

As a criminal defense attorney, Mr. Whaley represents clients charged with DUI/DWI, misdemeanors, felonies, weapon charges, drug offenses, traffic offenses, assault and more. He has been instrumental in several successful acquittals including drug conspiracies, first-degree murder charges and white collar crimes.

Additionally, as a personal injury attorney, Mr. Whaley represents clients who have been injured in traumatic vehicle accidents and victimized by the death of a family member. He represents clients with cases including car, truck and motorcycle accidents; wrongful death claims; and commercial vehicle liability claims.
