David Whaley, founder of The Law Offices of David Whaley, LLC, brings more than 30 years of experience to his legal practice. As a criminal defense attorney, Mr. Whaley represents clients charged with DUI/DWI, misdemeanors, felonies, weapon charges, drug offenses, traffic offenses, assault and more. He has been instrumental in several successful acquittals including drug conspiracies, first-degree murder charges and white collar crimes.
Additionally, as a personal injury attorney, Mr. Whaley represents clients who have been injured in traumatic vehicle accidents and victimized by the death of a family member.
