Attorney Phoebe P. Hall is the co-founder, senior partner and chief executive officer of Hall & Hall, PLC, a law firm in Richmond, Virginia. With more than 45 years of experience in divorce and family law, she also represents clients in estate planning, guardianships, long-term care, probate and more. She represents clients throughout the Richmond, Virginia, area.
Ms. Hall earned her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center and has been licensed to practice law in Virginia since 1969. She is accredited by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs as a veterans benefits attorney, and has served as both a judge pro tempore in circuit court and a substitute judge in domestic relations and juvenile court.
Active in professional organizations, Ms. Hall is a member of the Virginia State Bar, the Metropolitan Richmond Family Law Bar Association and the American Bar Association. She also serves on the board of directors of the Virginia Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
The recipient of numerous honors and awards over the course of her career, in 2014 Ms. Hall was chosen as a fellow of the Virginia Law Foundation. She shares her legal knowledge with others by speaking and writing on a variety of issues impacting families and the elderly community.
Passionate about participating in charity and volunteer work, Ms. Hall serves on the board of directors for the Alzheimer's Association of Greater Richmond and supports organizations including the Virginia Commonwealth University's Massey Cancer Center and Walk MS. She and her husband also created an award designed to recognize those who volunteer on behalf of the elderly.
