Attorney Daniel T. Crowe-Lopez is a partner at BrigliaHundley P.C. in Vienna, Virginia, where he practices criminal defense, particularly white collar criminal defense. He also handles cases involving immigration issues invovling removal and adjustment of status. Mr. Crowe-Lopez represents clients in Faifax County, as well as throughout the state of Virginia and the Washington, D.C., region in both state and federal courts.
Mr. Crowe-Lopez graduated with honors from Beloit College in Beloit, Wisconsin, and later earned his law degree from The George Washington University Law School. While he was a law student, he gained legal experience as a clerk for the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and as an intern for a general practice law firm in Washington, D.C. He also worked for a nonprofit organization committed to helping immigrants. He is admitted to practice in all Virginia state courts and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit.
Mr. Crowe-Lopez's hard work on behalf of his clients has earned him a number of honors. He was featured in the publication “The Best Lawyers in America” and was named one of the top criminal defense attorneys by Northern Virginia Magazine in 2014. Along with his law practice, Mr. Crowe-Lopez enjoys active membership in a wide variety of professional groups and organizations. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar, the Hispanic National Bar Association and the Fairfax Bar Association, and also belongs to the criminal law section of the Virginia State Bar.
