Attorney Christopher Nace joined the law firm of Paulson & Nace, PLLC, in 2007, bringing with him years of experience in business litigation, complex patent infringement disputes and employment liability matters. He now works in all practice areas of the law firm, including the following:
· Medical malpractice
· Drug or product liability
· Motor vehicle accidents
· Wrongful death
· Personal injury matters
A graduate of Georgetown University, he earned his law degree from Emory University School of Law in 2003. While at Emory, he received recognition as a Rothfeder Family Scholar and received the Emory University School of Law Dean’s Public Service Award. Since then, Mr. Nace has built a reputation of success in high profile and complex personal injury cases. He has secured positive verdicts for clients in medical malpractice trials heard in Washington, D.C., Maryland and West Virginia.
Actively involved in the legal community, he is a member of the American Association for Justice Board of Governors and is also the chair of the Compliance Committee for the American Association for Justice. In addition, he currently serves as the vice president of the Trial Lawyers Association of Metropolitan Washington, DC, is a trustee at the Pound Civil Justice Institute and is a member of the board of governors of the Public Justice Foundation.
