As founding partner at Kaiser Law Firm PLLC, Matthew G. Kaiser takes his clients’ white collar defense needs seriously. He handles cases involving bribery, fraud, unfair trade practices and professional malpractice. Having experience working with cases in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area, Mr. Kaiser is prepared to protect his clients in disputes involving government investigations and commercial litigation. He also represents clients in federal court in matters concerning securities fraud, health care fraud, tax offenses and additional federal crimes.
Clients choose Mr. Kaiser because of his intelligence, his extensive experience in federal criminal law and procedure, and his philanthropic efforts in the community. He teaches trial advocacy skills to attorneys at the National Institute for Trial Advocacy and professional responsibility to students at Georgetown University Law Center, where he serves as an adjunct professor. Additionally, Mr. Kaiser is a member of the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States.
Mr. Kaiser is passionate about learning. After he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from The College of Wooster, he earned a Master of Arts from Tulane University in philosophy. He then attended Georgetown University Law Center where he graduated magna cum laude with a Juris Doctor. During his time there, Mr. Kaiser served as the senior articles editor for The Georgetown Law Journal.
