Comments

  • “I have known Andy for many years and we have cross-consulted on several cases. I have reviewed Andy's work in arguing the Ahmach case in King County Superior Court, which will have lasting effects on DUI practice. Andy's mastery of the law and command of the courtroom was incredible. I have also reviewed Andy's work on a hotly contested motion to dismiss a case for governmental misconduct (law enforcement failed to preserve a video of the client's statement). The charge was a serious felony; Andy obtained a dismissal--overcoming a tough burden. She is incredibly smart, a gifted speaker and performer, and a terrific attorney.”

These comments were made by fellow attorneys during the annual nomination process.
