Attorney James F. Humphreys has been obtaining outstanding results for injured people and grieving families in West Virginia and other parts of the U.S. for more than 30 years. Mr. Humphreys earned his bachelor's degree from West Virginia University, in Morgantown, and his law degree from George Washington University National Law Center, in Washington, D.C.
