Attorney Robert Kasieta started his law firm, Kasieta Legal Group, in Madison, Wisconsin, with a mission to provide the same level of exceptional legal service he would want for his own family members. Through his law firm, he advocates on behalf of personal injury victims in both state and federal courts to secure their rightful compensation and benefits. As an experienced civil litigation attorney, Mr. Kasieta has obtained some of the largest verdicts ever awarded in Wisconsin.
Mr. Kasieta began his legal career in 1983 after obtaining his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School and receiving his license to practice from the State Bar of Wisconsin. Additionally, Mr. Kasieta received his certification from the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a civil trial specialist, and he remains active in several professional legal organizations, including the American Association for Justice, the Wisconsin Association for Justice and the Dane County Bar Association, among others.
In addition to practicing law, Mr. Kasieta is an accomplished author and educator who has published articles and delivered lectures on topics related to insurance coverage litigation, employment law and more. He is also an adjunct professor of law at University of Wisconsin Law School and has conducted several educational webinars on a variety of legal subjects.
Dedicated to his community as well as his practice, Mr. Kasieta volunteers his time and service to several local and state organizations, such as the Common Council − Verona, Wisconsin, and the Wisconsin Law Foundation.
