Martin P. Gagne is a partner of Gagne, McChrystal, De Lorenzo and Burghardt, LLC, a family law firm located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He focuses on complex divorce cases involving closely-held businesses, stock options, employee benefits, trusts and gifted or inherited property. He handles contested and uncontested divorces, as well as collaborative and mediated cases. He has also represented parents in complex local, national and international child custody disputes.
Mr. Gagne has been selected as a Wisconsin Super Lawyer every year since 2005. After completing his undergraduate degree at Clark University, Mr. Gagne graduated cum laude from Boston University Law School in 1981.
