Amanda Rucks Duncan

Amanda Rucks Duncan is an associate attorney at Kirk Drennan Law, located in Birmingham, Alabama. She has a pivotal role in the firm, helping clients with matters concerning family law, criminal defense and immigration. 

Licensed to practice in Alabama since 2013, Ms. Duncan completed her law degree in the same year from the Samford University Cumberland School of Law. She also obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and foreign languages from the University of Montevallo in 2010. She has represented clients in various municipal, district and circuit courts across Alabama.
