After receiving a B.A. cum laude from the University of Alabama in 1993, Mr. Bloomston attended the University of Alabama School of Law and was awarded his Juris Doctor in 1996. While in law school, he was an editor of the Law & Psychology Review. Admitted to practice in Alabama, Mr. Bloomston is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Alabama, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.

Throughout his career, Mr. Bloomston has maintained numerous notable memberships and appointments.
