Bruce L. Gordon is a highly experienced attorney with the Birmingham, Alabama, law firm of Gordon, Dana & Gilmore, LLC, where he handles a variety of business, corporate, family and real estate matters for clients in the Birmingham, Alabama, area as well as Alabama statewide. A lawyer for more than 50 years, Mr. Gordon represents individuals and businesses throughout Alabama in cases involving commercial lending, high-asset divorce, mergers and acquisitions, and more. A graduate of The University of Alabama School of Law, Mr. Gordon also earned a master’s degree in taxation from Boston University. He completed his undergraduate education at Duke University and The University of Alabama. Licensed to practice in the state of Alabama since 1965, he is also admitted to appear before the U.S. Tax Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
