Having spent his early years of legal practice in defending hospitals, physicians and insurance companies, Mr. Ogletree has handled high-stakes malpractice and liability cases as a defense. This experience provides him with insider knowledge of the tactics the defense leverages to minimize payouts and protect their clients. Utilizing the same strategies, he builds an effective plan, aiming to dismantle the defense and hold the negligent parties accountable.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Ogletree has tried several complex cases to verdict, including a two-week healthcare liability and wrongful death jury trial in Montgomery County, Tennessee. Preparing for each case as if it were going to trial, he ensures there are no shortcomings in his advocacy. Combining his legal knowledge with his compassionate support, he ensures his clients feel heard and supported throughout the legal process.

Graduating from The University of Alabama with a bachelor’s degree in political science and a minor in history, Mr. Ogletree went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Samford University Cumberland School of Law. He simultaneously completed his master’s in business administration from the University’s Brock School of Business. In 2021, he was admitted to practice law in Alabama and is also licensed to appear before the state and federal courts in Tennessee.
