Born and raised in Birmingham, Mr. Heninger earned a bachelor’s degree in English from Birmingham-Southern College. He went on to graduate from Samford University Cumberland School of Law. He is licensed to practice law before the state courts of Alabama, Georgia and Mississippi, several federal courts within each state, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th and 11th circuits.
