Evan Rosemore

Evan T. Rosemore is dedicated to improving community safety through the power of the jury system. Much of his practice centers on improving patient safety in the health care system, a money-based system rigged to maximize corporate profits at the expense of patient safety. 

Evan understands that medical errors are made possible by broken, flawed healthcare systems. Civil juries can help fix these broken systems and make healthcare better.

Evan only represents people and small businesses. He declines to work for insurance companies, public corporations, and private equity.
