Jason A. Shamblin

A litigation attorney at Shunnarah Injury Lawyers PC, Jason A. Shamblin represents clients in Alabama and throughout the United States. He focuses his practice on matters of insurance coverage, personal injury and class action/mass torts. Passionate about protecting the rights of the injured, he has over two decades of experience working with those injured in all types of accidents and victims of sexual abuse in Tuscaloosa, Huntsville, Birmingham and Montgomery.

Mr. Shamblin attended The University of Alabama, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in 1993. Moving on to law school, he earned his Juris Doctor in 1997 from Cumberland School of Law - Samford University. Since being admitted to practice, he has recovered millions of dollars for his clients in cases involving breach of insurance, dram shop, wrongful death and automobile accidents.

Along with the state of Alabama, Mr. Shamblin is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Alabama, the United States of Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, the United States Supreme Court and the Supreme Court of Alabama. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Birmingham Bar Association, the Alabama Association for Justice and the Alabama State Bar.
