JD Marsh

A stalwart advocate for his clients, JD Marsh judiciously takes on every case with the sole purpose of providing his clients with the deft advocacy required to bolster their future through his counsel. From the law office of Marsh, Rickard & Bryan in Birmingham, Alabama, he handles personal injury matters pertaining to automobile accidents, truck collisions, catastrophic injuries, bad-faith insurance, products liability and wrongful death, among many others. 

Mr. Marsh completed his undergraduate studies in 2013, graduating with his Bachelor of Science degree summa cum laude in agricultural business and economics. He later went on to attend the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, where his academic achievements paired with his active on-campus commitments for the Cumberland Law Review created a holistic environment – providing legal knowledge and the practical spaces to apply it. 

Mr. Marsh received his Juris Doctor summa cum laude in 2016, and in the same year, he obtained his license to practice law in Alabama. He later became admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama. 

With a penchant for devising innovative strategies to problems that require an out-of-the-box solution, Mr. Marsh has garnered recognition from organizations such as The Best Lawyers in America for his work on plaintiffs’ personal injury litigation.
