John Collier

John Collier is an attorney at Marsh, Rickard & Bryan in Birmingham, Alabama, and he serves clients throughout the surrounding region in serious personal injury matters pertaining to motor vehicle accidents, truck collisions, products liability, medical malpractice and wrongful death. In addition, he is handles cases regarding workplace/construction injuries and business law, to name a few. 

Mr. Collier completed his undergraduate studies from Samford University in 2019, graduating with his Bachelor of Science degree in public administration. He later went on to attend the University of Alabama School of Law. He received his Juris Doctor in 2022, and in the same year, he obtained his license to practice law in Alabama. He also became admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama. 

John, a native of Birmingham, has always been driven by a passion for serving others and helping those in need. At Marsh, Rickard & Bryan, he channels this passion into his legal practice, advocating for clients facing life’s most challenging and unexpected circumstances. 

As a trial attorney, John sees his role as a unique opportunity to stand alongside clients, guiding them through complex legal battles and helping them find a path forward. While many losses cannot be undone, John is committed to securing justice and working to ensure that similar harms do not occur in the future.

Outside of his legal work, John is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time in nature. John is also an active member of Church of the Highlands.
