Jon C. Goldfarb

A pillar of leadership within his legal community, Jon C. Goldfarb maintains consistency in his judicious legal advocacy through every case he decides to take on, fighting tooth and nail, so that his clients can move on to greener pastures. With an eclectic practice at Wiggins Childs Pantazis Fisher Goldfarb, LLC, in Birmingham, Alabama, he handles a wide range of legal matters, such as employment litigation, discrimination and harassment, governmental abuse, personal injury and wrongful death, and many more. 

Mr. Goldfarb completed his undergraduate studies in 1986, graduating with his Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University. He went on to attend the Emory University School of Law and received his Juris Doctor in 1989. A year later, he earned his Master of Arts degree from the American University, as well as his license to practice law in Alabama. 

Throughout his illustrious career, Mr. Goldfarb has emphasized personalized attention, meticulous focus and an enthusiastic zeal to see his clients free of their legal woes. Within his legal community, Mr. Goldfarb is admitted to practice law in Colorado and before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama; the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Western Districts of Tennessee; the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia; the Supreme Court of Alabama; the U.S. Court of Federal Claims; the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit; and the Supreme Court of the United States. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Birmingham Bar Association and the Alabama Bar Association.
