Joseph Callaway

From the law office of Marsh, Rickard & Bryan, P.C., in Birmingham, Alabama, Joseph Callaway strives to provide the top-quality legal representation he has come to be known for in his decade-long practice in every case he takes on. Mr. Callaway completed his undergraduate studies in 2014, graduating with his Bachelor of Science degree from Troy University. He went on to attend the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, where he honed his shrewd legal acumen and talents through his active involvement in numerous on-campus activities. He received his Juris Doctor cum laude in 2014, and in the same year, he obtained his license to practice law in Alabama. 

During his time in law school, Mr. Callaway clerked for the Honorable Karon O. Bowdre and the Honorable Robert B. Propst of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama, providing him the insight of how the federal judiciary operates – knowledge he now uses at his clients’ behest.

Since his admission to the Alabama State Bar, Mr. Callaway has consistently gone above and beyond the call of duty on behalf of his clients, ensuring that no matter the complexities of their cases, they receive the personalized attention, meticulous focus and enthusiastic zeal they deserve toward seeing their legal woes resolved. In the past, through his pristine appellate work, he has argued for Alabama citizens before the Alabama Supreme Court and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, always working to forge a path to give his clients the respite and peace of mind they deserve.
