Justin Forrester

The founder of the firm Forrester Law, LLC, in Birmingham, Alabama, Justin Forrester is the sole attorney at the organization. Extending his service throughout Alabama, he represents people from Columbiana, Shelby County, Trussville, Fultondale, Walker County and the surrounding areas. His practice is focused on a wide range of legal matters, including criminal defense, family law, car probate law and estate administration. He also handles personal injury cases arising out of car accidents.

Mr. Forrester received his Bachelor of Arts in political science with honors from The University of Alabama. He later went on to pursue his law degree from the Michigan State University College of Law and obtained his Juris Doctor in the year 2007. While at the university, he was also a part of The Geoffrey Fieger Trial Practice Institute, an initiative established with the mission to groom and help future attorneys.

Starting his career as an attorney at the Tuscaloosa County Office of Public Defender almost a decade and a half back, Mr. Forrester also worked in another renowned organization before establishing his firm.

Be it fighting to get custody of the grandkids or defending his client in a property crime, Mr. Forrester takes utmost care to handle each case with concern. He carefully analyzes the situation and gives an honest and realistic assessment of what can be done. He is rated “Superb” on Avvo.

Currently the vice president of the Alabama Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, Mr. Forrester also serves as a board member of the Family Law Section at the Alabama State Bar. He is a member of The National College for DUI Defense.
