Kristan Rivers

After graduating with honors from Florida State University College of Law, Mr. Rivers began his legal career representing hospitals, health systems, and post-acute care facilities across Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, and North Carolina. Early in his practice, he focused extensively on arbitration, successfully resolving numerous claims on behalf of his healthcare clients.

Since 2015, Mr. Rivers has leveraged that deep arbitration experience to represent consumers and businesses in a broad range of disputes. Now a partner at a leading mass arbitration firm, he concentrates on mass arbitrations, class actions, and mass torts. Over the years, Mr. Rivers has handled thousands of arbitrations—including cases involving false advertising, employment disputes, and unfair competition—before the American Arbitration Association. His proven track record in both individual and large-scale litigation has positioned him as a trusted advocate in high-stakes consumer and commercial disputes.
