Lacey Danley

With a voracious enthusiasm for helping her clients overcome their contentious legal challenges with grace and poise, Lacey Danley leaves no holds barred in her efforts. From the law office of Wiggins Childs Pantazis Fisher Goldfarb, LLC, in Birmingham, Alabama, she handles a wide variety of legal cases, ranging from personal injury cases such as defective products and wrongful death, and business litigation to civil rights and consumer rights, as well as employment issues pertaining to whistleblower retaliation and qui tam actions.

Ms. Danley completed her undergraduate studies in 2008, graduating with her Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Alabama. She went on to pursue a higher education at the University of North Alabama, earning her M.B.A. degree in 2011. With a passion for law, she enrolled at the Samford University Cumberland School of Law, where she honed her shrewd legal acumen and talents through her active involvement within numerous on-campus activities. She received her Juris Doctor in 2012, and in the same year, she obtained her license to practice law in Alabama.

Later on, Ms. Danley gained admission to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Alabama, and the Supreme Court of Alabama. Her legal prowess and enthusiastic zeal to seeing her clients free of their legal woes has attracted the adulation of her peers. She maintains close affiliations with legal organizations such as the American Bar Association, the Alabama State Bar, the Birmingham Bar Association and the National Employment Lawyers Association of Alabama.
