Marc J. Mandich

Marc J. Mandich is a compassionate and dedicated legal practitioner at Southern Med Law. His professional interests focus on championing the rights of individuals in Birmingham, Alabama (as well as around the country), in matters related to:

Hailing from New Orleans, Louisiana, Mr. Mandich is an alum of Jesuit High School. He majored in finance at Louisiana State University and earned his bachelor’s degree in 2010. Later, he pursued his legal education at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, achieving his Juris Doctor magna cum laude in 2013.

Licensed in Louisiana in 2013 and later in Alabama in 2022, Mr. Mandich has effectively handled many cases in state and federal courts, including the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Western and Middle Districts of Louisiana, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, among others. Furthermore, he has presented arguments before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th, 5th and 9th Circuits.

Mr. Mandich's commitment to his legal community is exemplary, and he holds memberships in several organizations, including the Alabama State Bar, the Louisiana State Bar Association, the Alabama Association for Justice, the Louisiana Association for Justice and the American Bar Association.
