Paige Caraway

Paige Caraway is a dedicated trial attorney with Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys, based in Birmingham, Alabama, where she focuses her practice on personal injury – general and class action/mass torts matters, representing plaintiffs who have suffered harm due to the negligence of others. Her work is built on a commitment to holding wrongdoers accountable and securing meaningful outcomes for those she represents.

Ms. Caraway's path to the courtroom began at Seton Hall University, where she earned her bachelor's degree in criminal justice between 2010 and 2015. During her undergraduate years, she distinguished herself well beyond the classroom, competing as a member of the Seton Hall Mock Trial Team, where she first sharpened the advocacy skills that would later define her legal career. 

Additionally, Ms. Caraway was recognized for her academic and athletic achievements as a member of the National College Athlete Honor Society, Chi Alpha Sigma, while simultaneously competing as a student-athlete on the Seton Hall Softball Team, an experience that instilled in her the discipline, teamwork and resilience she continues to bring to her legal practice today.

Building on this strong foundation, Ms. Caraway went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Samford University's Cumberland School of Law, graduating in 2018. Her law school career reflected a deepening dedication to trial advocacy: she served on the National Mediation Team for two consecutive years, from 2016 to 2018, honing her negotiation and dispute-resolution skills. She further distinguished herself as Director of Client Counseling on the Cumberland Trial Advocacy Executive Board, a role that underscored her early commitment to client-centered representation.

Today, Ms. Caraway channels this rich academic and competitive background into her work at Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys, where she continues to advocate tirelessly for injured individuals throughout Birmingham and the greater Alabama community.
