Rodney F. Barganier

Rodney Barganier is a Partner with the law firm of Barganier Law Group, LLC, Birmingham, Alabama, where he specializes in the areas of products liability, road/highway design matters and other cases involving personal injury and wrongful death. Mr. Barganier is licensed to practice in all the Courts of Alabama.  Recently, Mr. Barganier has been associated as counsel in Civil Rights' matters where the recoveries were in the seven-figure range.  In personal injury matters involving  company drivers, Mr. Barganier has been able to obtain a high six-figure settlements on behalf of his client.  A verdict of $300,000 was obtained for contractor-delivery driver who was injured when a crane operator's negligence resulted in significant hand/finger injuries.  In a Dramshop matter, Mr. Barganier and his team were able to obtain a verdict of $150,000.  Mr. Barganier is often times consulted and associated by other attorneys to prepare cases for trial.  In a personal injury matter where he was associated, he helped achieved a verdict of $178,750.   Mr. Barganier obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree (History) from Birmingham- Southern College, and his law degree from Miles College School of Law, Birmingham, Alabama. In addition to being a graduate of Miles College School of Law, Mr. Barganier is an adjunct Professor with the Law School.  Mr. Barganier is a member of the Alabama State Bar; Magic City Bar Association ; National Bar Association; Alabama Lawyers Association (NBA Affiliate Chapter); American Bar Association; and Alabama Association of Justice. Mr. Barganier is a Past President of his NBA Affiliate, Alabama Lawyers Association. Mr. Barganier resides in Pleasant Grove, Alabama. He is married to LaShaunda Myricks Barganier. They have two daughters, Tyra and Taylar.
