Sam David Knight

Sam David Knight practices primarily in the area of business litigation, representing and advising individuals and companies of all sizes. Mr. Knight represents clients in complex business litigation and other business-related disputes including shareholder/partner disputes, business class actions, qui tams, business issues related to health care providers, construction-related business disputes, debtor/creditor disputes, and issues related to the dissolution of all kinds of businesses, including medical practices and law firms.  Mr. Knight is a 1997 graduate of The University of Alabama School of Law and is licensed to practice in Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida. He is involved with the Alabama State Bar and has served as Vice Chairman of the Judicial Liaison Committee, Chairman of the Selection Committee for Leadership Forum and in several other roles.
