Sandra Eubank Gregory has been selected as a Mid-South Super Lawyer since 2019. She is a partner with the family law firm of Gregory Fann Law, LLC, and represents clients in Alabama in Jefferson, Shelby, St. Clair counties and other counties in surrounding areas. "Sandi" manages cases involving divorce, child custody, child support, child visitation, asset and property division and preservation, alimony and spousal support, modifications and enforcement of court orders, protection from abuse, paternity, juvenile matters (including DHR dependency cases and private dependency cases, as well as delinquency cases), and adoptions. Sandi is also a Registered Mediator with the Alabama Dispute Resolution Center and has undergone the 40-hour Domestic Relations Meditation Training, as well as the 16-hour Domestic Violence in Mediation Training.
Admitted to practice in the state of Alabama, Sandi is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. She attended Florida State University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in 1993 with a double major in English and Political Science. In 1995 Sandi began law school at The Cumberland School of Law of Samford University where she was a Cordell Hull Teaching Fellow and Student Bar Association Secretary. Sandi earned her Juris Doctor degree from Cumberland in May 1998 and passed the Bar exam in August 1998.
Sandi is a Fellow with the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and Board Certified in Family Trial Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, both requiring written examination and rigorous vetting. Since 2017, Sandi has served on the Alabama State Bar Family Law Section Board of Directors and she is currently serving as Treasurer on the Executive Committee. Additionally, with the Alabama State Bar, she is a member of the Women's Section and the Leadership Forum Section. Locally, Sandi is a member of the Birmingham Bar Association and is serving on the the Executive Committee of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section, and she is a member of the Women's Section. Nationally, she is a member of the American Bar Association Family Law Section.
In 2007, Sandi selected as a member of the Alabama State Bar's Leadership Forum, Class 4. Throughout the years, she has been named a Rising Star by Birmingham Magazine, and a Top Woman Attorney, Top Flight Attorney, and Top Attorney by b-Metro magazine. Sandi has been an invitee to the National Juvenile Defender Summit and the Southern Juvenile Defender Summit on multiple occasions.
