His courtroom efforts have included significant appellate work, notably the case of Iriele vs. Griffin, 65 F.4th 1280 (11th Cir. 2023), in which the 11th Circuit set a new judicial requirement mandating district courts provide pro se plaintiffs a reasonable opportunity to secure counsel before dismissing a case.

Mr. Jackson aligns his practice with active participation in professional organizations such as the Alabama State Bar, the American Bar Association, the Birmingham Bar Association, the Magic City Bar Association and the Alabama Lawyers Association.
