Ms. Moss practices in the areas of business and real estate litigation, which frequently intersect with related transactional work. She attended the George Mason University School of Law (now the Antonin Scalia School of Law) and began her career in Virginia in 1998. In 2011 Ms. Moss was admitted to the Alabama Bar where she has maintained her practice. She is admitted to the State Bar of Alabama, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit; the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Alabama, and is an inactive member of the Bar of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Ms. Moss is on the Board of the Women Lawyers Section of the Birmingham Bar Association, where she served as Chair in 2023, and the Birmingham Bar Foundation. She has served on the Board of Girls on the Run; been a member of the Women's Foundation of Alabama Advocacy Committee; and elected as President of the Charity League of Birmingham. Ms. Moss is a Fellow of the Birmingham Bar Foundation. Ms. Moss is AV Rated, and in 2023 was awarded Best of the Bar by the Birmingham Business Journal.
