Niki B. Pierce

Niki B. Pierce is the founder and the managing partner at Dothan Law Group in Dothan, Alabama, where she serves clients in a wide range of personal injury matters. With nearly 15 years of experience, she has an extensive background in handling motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, wrongful death cases, premises liability, and slip-and-fall accidents, along with criminal defense matters involving federal crimes, probation violations, sex crimes and juvenile cases. 

Extending her services to clients across Dothan and surrounding counties, Ms. Pierce stays committed to fiercely advocating for her clients’ rights. Approaching each case she handles with her shrewd legal acumen backed by her broad experience in civil litigation, she adeptly navigates complex litigation and jury trials. Highly regarded for her ability to craft persuasive arguments for her clients, she prioritizes a deeply personal approach, ensuring her clients feel heard and supported throughout.

An alumna of Auburn University, Ms. Pierce honed her advocacy and trial skills at Faulkner University Thomas Goode Jones School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctor in 2011. In the same year, she was admitted to the Alabama State Bar. Her thirst to become a better attorney led her to gaining additional certifications in domestic violence mediation, divorce and family mediation, and a certification in negotiation mastery from Harvard Business School.

Her dedication to providing efficient representation has earned Ms. Pierce numerous accolades, including being named on the Top 20 Under 40 list by the Dothan Area Young Professionals in 2022. She was also a finalist for the Chamber’s business person of the year award in 2023. Outside her practice, she is an active advocate for women’s rights, working to promote gender equality for fair treatment, equal opportunities and respectful workplaces for all.
