A native of Huntsville, Mr. Simpson developed an aspiration to be a lawyer at an early age, due to observing his father – a criminal prosecutor – participating in the judicial system with efficiency and fairness. Subsequently, he embarked on this goal with determination and enthusiasm. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1995 after completing his Bachelor of Arts at the University of Alabama in 1991.
Mr. Simpson has given numerous years of service in leadership positions to the Madison County Bar Association. He has also sustained memberships with the Alabama Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice – Motor Vehicle Collision, Highway and Premises Liability Section. From 2006-2007, he acted as president for the American Inns of Court.
Mr. Simpson’s success in the legal profession has yielded him several awards and honors.
