J. Barton Warren

For over 30 years, J. Barton Warren has provided quality representation to individuals who have been injured due to no fault of their own. Emphasizing his practice in the areas of motor vehicle crashes, truck accidents, product liability, construction accidents and workers’ compensation, he always brings everything to the table to get his clients justice and the compensation they deserve to start their recovery process. He serves the residents of Huntsville, Alabama, and the surrounding areas at the law firm of Warren & Simpson.

Prior to receiving his Juris Doctor in 1990 from the Cumberland School of Law, Mr. Warren attended Samford University and graduated with his Bachelor of Science degree in 1987. Obtaining his license to practice in Alabama the same year he graduated law school, he also received admission to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. 

A tower of strength within the Alabama legal community, Mr. Warren is deeply compassionate and empathetic to the situations his clients find themselves in, and his caring and reassuring approach to them has paid dividends. Mr. Warren uses his decadeslong experience and legal knowledge to advance and progress the Alabama legal community to higher peaks with membership in organizations such as the Alabama State Bar, the Alabama Trial Lawyers Association (ATLA) and the Madison County Bar Association. In addition, he is on the executive committee of the ATLA and is a part of its Railroad Law Section, Products Liability Section and Motor Vehicle Collision, Highway and Premises Liability Section.
