M. Clay Martin

Attorney M. Clay Martin is co-founder and partner of Martin & Helms, P.C., law firm, which has law offices in Huntsville and Decatur, Alabama. Mr. Martin is a fellow with the American Bar Foundation and the Alabama Law Foundation, and he received the Huntsville-Madison County Bar Association Community Service Award in 2009. He is also a past president of that organization as well as the Madison County Inns of Court. In addition, he serves on the Board of Bar Commissioners for the Alabama State Bar, and he is a past board governor, past executive committee member and past state delegate of the American Association for Justice, where he is still a sustaining member.
