Ronald “Ron” C. Sykstus is a bankruptcy attorney in Huntsville, Alabama. Mr. Sykstus is the managing partner of Bond & Botes Law Offices and has over 30 years of experience. He serves clients in Huntsville and throughout northern Alabama.  He also handles Security Clearance issues and concerns of all kinds nationwide

Raised in Chicago, Illinois, Mr. Sykstus received bachelor’s degrees in psychology and political science from the University of Arizona.  Commissioned as a 2LT upon graduation, Ron was placed on educational delay by the U.S. Army to attend law school at the Northern Illinois University College of Law. Following law school, he served for several years with the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps both as a military prosecutor at Ft. Bliss, Texas and then as the Senior Defense Counsel with the US Army's Trial Defense Service in Alabama  before entering private practice.  Ron received two Meritorious Service Medals (MSMs) during his military service.

At Bond & Botes Law Offices, Mr. Sykstus handles both personal and business bankruptcy and assists clients experiencing collection or creditor harassment or credit report, student loan or tax disputes.  He also handles security clearance issues and problems for clients nationwide.
