Details
Taylor Rouse is a partner at the law firm of Ryan & Rouse, which has its offices located in Huntsville, Alabama. He has spent more than 10 years defending the rights of those who have suffered injuries as a result of the carelessness and negligence of another party. The types of cases he takes on involve car accidents, defective products, tractor trailer and 18-wheeler wrecks, workplace injuries, breach of contract cases, and business and insurance coverage disputes.
On behalf of his clients, Mr. Rouse has won numerous favorable verdicts and settlements. He works tirelessly and zealously to defend the rights of people who have been hurt without any fault of their own. He firmly believes that even the largest and most well-prepared defendants must hear the case of the injured party. In fact, when he was only 29 years old, Mr. Rouse argued a case in front of the United States Supreme Court and won a unanimous victory for his client, which changed the law related to the immunity of a governmental agency.
With a bachelor’s degree in communications and information sciences, public relations, advertising, and applied communication, Mr. Rouse is a graduate of The University of Alabama. He made the decision to pursue a career in law and enrolled at The University of Alabama School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor in 2014.
Mr. Rouse is licensed to practice in Alabama and before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama and the Supreme Court of Alabama.
For his impeccable legal services, Mr. Rouse has received recognition from The National Trial Lawyers and was named to the Top 40 Under 40 list. He was also invited as a guest lecturer to The University of Alabama School of Law's Governmental Immunity Seminar.
