M. Stephen Dampier

Mr. Dampier obtained his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in accounting, graduating from George Washington University in 1983. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1990 and his master’s degree in law from the New York University School of Law in 1991.
