Attorney Richard W. Fuquay is a member of Fuquay Law Firm in Mobile, Alabama. A 1988 graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Mr. Fuquay attended the University of Alabama School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1991. While in law school, he served as associate editor of the Law and Psychology Review.

Along with maintaining a successful legal practice, Mr. Fuquay is also an active member of the American Association for Justice and its Admiralty Law Section. He is also a member of the South Alabama Trial Lawyers Association, the Paul W. Brock American Inn of Court and the Southeastern Admiralty Law Institute, among his other professional affiliations.
