Mahaley P. McInnes

Mahaley P. McInnes is an attorney at Jinks Crow, PC, with offices in Union Springs and Montgomery, Alabama, where she focuses her practice on personal injury and civil litigation. She represents individuals in a variety of complex legal matters, including personal injuries, defective products, class action and multidistrict litigation, and wrongful death claims. Through a client-focused approach, she works to help clients understand their legal rights while guiding them through each stage of the litigation process.

Ms. McInnes earned her Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law in 2000. During law school, she developed a strong foundation in legal research, writing and advocacy that prepared her for a career in civil litigation. Prior to attending law school, she received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory University in 1996.

Ms. McInnes was admitted to practice law in Georgia in 2000 and in Alabama in 2009. She is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama, as well as the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia. In addition to her legal practice, she is a member of the Alabama State Bar, the Alabama Association for Justice and the State Bar of Georgia.
